In an effort to safely share data with the Security Community, the Law Aggregator may request incident metadata submission to add to the Global IOC.
When a data request for a specific Actor exists and Precinct has identified your data has evidence of activity from that Actor, you will see a submission request from Law Enforcement or the WitFoo Law Aggregator.
In the right-side pane, after clicking on the Actor, there will be Submit and Decline buttons. If you wish to safely share the metadata to add to Global IOC, simply click Submit.
